Fred Carmen has been Executive Vice-President and General Counsel for Millennium Management for the past decade. In that capacity Mr. Carmen supervises all legal activities of the company and directs legal proceedings. Mr. Carmen has over 25 years of legal experience in commercial litigation and real estate transactions and, prior to joining Millennium was the founder and Managing Partner of Carmen, Powers, Krantz & Strauss, LLP. Mr. Carmen also served as the Mayor of Mayfield Village for eight years. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Case Western Reserve University and received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Fred enjoys tennis, travel and attending sporting events with his family.

Bryan Gale spent 18 years in the health insurance industry working in sales, service and administration. This experience will serve him well in his role as Vice President of Administration for Millennium Management, responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the company with specific responsibility for human resources and benefits administration. Bryan’s primary focus is on employee engagement and career developments throughout the Millennium portfolio. Bryan is a graduate of The Ohio State University and a lifelong Northeast Ohio resident. He enjoys outdoor activities, everything Ohio State and spending time with his wife and 2 children.

MARKETING AND TRAINING DIRECTOR
Stephanie comes to Millennium with ten years’ experience in the multifamily industry. Stephanie began her career at Millennium’s luxury property, The Hamptons. She started from ground zero through the ranks as a Leasing Consultant. She then excelled to Leasing Manager and Assistant Property Manager in Cleveland’s hot Downtown market. Stephanie was in charge of property rehabilitation, and converting a hotel into multifamily units, a difficult task where she started at the beginning and leased up the property. Stephanie’s extensive skill set includes determination and positive can-do attitude as Millennium’s Marketing and Training Director. She oversees the development and execution of corporate marketing strategy and internal and external communication efforts for Millennium’s total portfolio. She finds passion in training all new and seasoned Leasing Consultants, implementing new training techniques, policies, forms and online training. Stephanie works with the top marketing sources, increasing revenue and occupancy, evaluating the current market, and increasing property standards. When Stephanie is not working she enjoys spending time with her Fiancé Joe and 6 year old Son Hunter.

Tracy Ropos has 20 years of experience managing the financial affairs of major U.S. companies. Prior to assuming her current role as Millennium’s Office Manager, Tracy was in charge of the Accounting Department of a major consumer products company with annual sales in excess of sixty million dollars. Tracy presently supervises Millennium’s accounting staff and manages the day-to-day financial operation of Millennium’s multi-family properties. Tracy enjoys working out and spending time with her two daughters.

Donna Saadey, Interior Designer. She graduated from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and began her design career under the guidance of architecture firms and real estate developers. Donna uses her professional knowledge, savvy taste and exceptional customer relations to create luxurious ambience. She takes the time to understand individual needs and apply them to the environment. Her designs are the reflections of Millennium Managements standards for their multi- family locations.

Bob Rios joined Millennium as a Regional Property Manager after a 14 year career in account management with For Rent Media Solutions and Costar. In that role, Bob served as the senior sales and marketing rep, building many long term relationships in the market. Bob also operated a full service advertising and marketing company for nine years and has held the position of account supervisor at two full service advertising agencies. When not at work, Bob spends his time playing baseball and being a father to his two daughters.

Claudine Gillette comes to Millennium with twenty-five years of experience in the property management business. Beginning her career at Deer Run Apartments in the custodial and maintenance services division, she rose through the ranks over her seven year tenure. Claudine rose to Property Manager ultimately to her current position as Regional Property Manager of over 2000 apartment units. Claudine resides with her husband Tom and their 3 dogs, Tuppy, Lily and Suzie. Claudine and Tom enjoy Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, and gardening.
