Let me start off by saying this is a good example of not to judge a book by its cover! Based on the reviews I was skeptical about moving here. I LOVE THIS PLACE. My building is always clean and the ladies in the leasing office are phenomenal. If you are looking for a good, clean affordable apartment this is your place.

The staff here at Randall Park Apartments is beyond amazing! From the office staff to maintenance and housekeeping. The office staff goes above and beyond, maintenance always completes my work orders in a timely manner and housekeeping keeps the building clean and smelling good. The property manager works hard and it shows through her staff.

I currently live in Randall Park Apartments. I haven't lived here an entire year yet, but I am absolutely pleased with everything here. The staffing are always professional. I've never had any problems with my apartment except for when I first moved in and my leasing agent personally made sure it was taken care of my first week of staying. My neighbors are also very friendly.
