2024 Shining Star Awards

Property of the Year

The Hunters Crossing Apartments Team consists of eight amazing employees that have been chosen to receive the Property of the Year Award. Property Manager, Tammy Pitts, continuously leads this team to go above and beyond for all current and prospective residents. The team is consistent in meeting all paperwork requirements, audit projects, and currently maintains the highest resident retention within the portfolio. Their online presence is also very strong, as people only have positive things to say. Tammy and the crew contribute their ongoing success and high tenant satisfaction to their positive team dynamic. Tammy and the rest of the crew emphatically mention that they consider themselves to be a family. This tight-knit relationship is apparent to anyone that has the pleasure of working with the Hunters Crossing Team. Moving forward, the team is excited to continue upgrading units and to open their newly built pickleball court! Keep up the great work, Hunters Crossing Team!

 

Property Manager of the Year

Logan Bolyard is the current manager of Shady Lake Apartments and has been chosen as the Property Manager of the Year. Logan has been with Shady Lake for two years, starting his career there as a leaser. After quickly acclimating to the team and showcasing his aptitude for working with people, Logan was promoted to manager. Becoming manager has aided Logan in sharpening his organization and leadership skills. Logan’s favorite part about working in Multi Family is getting to interact with so many different people. Regardless of circumstances, he always strives to provide a great experience for residents. Logan and his team are continuously working to upgrade the property and make it a wonderful place for all tenants to live. Logan also expresses his deep gratitude for his entire staff at Shady Lake Apartments. He says he “could not do it without them”. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, Logan!

 

Leasing Consultant of the Year

Jasmine Brown from Kimberly Park Apartments has been elected as Leasing Consultant of the Year! Jasmine started with the company in 2017 and has been working full-time at Kimberly Park since 2022. Her dedication to Kimberly Park is very apparent, as Jasmine is always the first person to step up and assist others when needed. Jasmine has experience assisting at a number of sister properties, and is an invaluable asset to our team as a whole. She expresses that her fellow staff are great to work with, and make coming to Kimberly Park a genuinely enjoyable experience.  She also emphasizes taking pride in the property and is excited to show it off to people! Jasmine says her favorite part of working in the Multi Family industry is “always being given new scenarios”. Thank you, Jasmine, for your constant commitment to Kimberly Park Apartments!

 

 

Maintenance Team of the Year

The Tamarac Maintenance Team currently consists of four wonderful employees, Jim, Richard, Michael, and Geno. This amazing crew has been awarded Maintenance Team of the Year, which is not an easy feat. This team does a phenomenal job with balancing daily property upkeep, unit turns, and work orders. To do so, the group places an emphasis on constant communication and supporting one another. The Maintenance Team Supervisor, Jim, also emphasizes that they do not merely “band-aid” a situation. The crew does their due diligence in order to get to the root of a problem and ensure the correct fix is made the first time. We appreciate all of their hard work, as do the Tamarac residents!

 

 

Housekeeper of the Year

Cynthia Stevenson has been awarded as Housekeeper of the Year. Cynthia has been a housekeeper at Foxmoor Apartments for eight years! During this time, she has done an amazing job of maintaining the cleanliness of the property all by herself. Cynthia contributes her success in this role to her time management and organization skills, as well as the support she receives from the other staff and the residents. Since she has been with the property for so long, Cynthia has built a great rapport with many of the residents. Residents are always excited to see her and have been very vocal about their satisfaction with her work. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication, Cynthia!
