Great place to live. The grounds are beautiful and the complex is quiet. I do wish they had something other than a tennis court for amenities. I'm not thrilled with the price increases every year. The price jumped up a lot in the past year. Not sure what I'm getting with all of these increases. Oh well. It is what it is I suppose. Maintenance is good and the office ladies are nice.

Lived here about a year and a half. Apartments and area are nice. Maintenance folks were responsive and professional. Glad they finally got an online portal where you could pay rent. Overall fairly average experience with some room for minor improvements.

I love Oakwood! I’m happy to have called this place my home for the past five years. Not only was this place my home it was way more than that.. I’ve made so many friends here from the moment I first moved in. The first time I entered the leasing office I was greeted by Katelyn Cellura who was so welcoming, kind, compassionate, considerate, respectful, and professional. She always went the extra mile for me and my family while living there. Oakwood Apartments are very very lucky to have her there. I’m saying all this because truly she made my living at Oakwood so welcoming like my forever home. Please if anyone is trying to find a home Oakwood is the place and you’ll never find a better manager for an apartment either. The maintenance are also spectacular Dave is such a kind gentleman who always waves and says hello and asks if everything is alright. Katelyn was at the time an office worker and who is now the manager of Oakwood Apartments. I'm very proud of how far you’ve come and you never changed after getting the management role. Oakwood and Katelyn thank you for the past five years. I am truly going to miss living here!

We moved here a few months and have had no issues. We love having a balcony and more space. Reasonable pricing for the size of the apartment. I wouldn’t have chosen a different place. We finally feel at home here!
